Inspector Bio:
Brenda Hungerford has more than 15 years experience in
he mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades. She is a licensed contractor in the State of California (C-38 Refrigeration),
an inspector member of California Real Estate Inspection Association
(CREIA) and The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Brenda is also
licensed as a Residential Inspector of Structures in the State of Nevada,
Lic# 00699. With five years in the inspection industry she has
completed hundreds of inspections. Properties inspected have
run the gamut from the late 1800's historical buildings, to present day
multi million dollar estates and all points in between. As an inspector, Brenda prides herself in delivering a fair and objective report so her clients will know what they are buying, what to expect after they move in, and feel confident about the purchase of their home.
